Process Water to Recycled Water in Real Time
Hydro Innovations solves a problem for process water at ready mixed concrete plants and other locations with retaining ponds. Our customers were looking for a solution to recycle water in real time and be able to either re-use the water or dispose of recycled water in an environmentally safe way.

Our HCP 10000 and HCP 10500 systems bring water from 6–9 pH down to 6.4 pH through a patented carbonic process—flipping the water's polarity to break down suspended solids, then filtering through carbon media, reactors, and UV treatment to target nitrates, sediment, and bacteria. The result is recycled water that meets ASTM C1602/1602M-18 standards for use in ready mixed concrete production.
